應該要以方便攜帶的為主吧

香蕉是首選 因為香蕉可以補充熱量和電解質
不過熱天就不建議帶香蕉了 容易壞

"POWER IN"或"威德"果膠
迅速補充體力糖分~~~好吸收

每騎10分中補充一次水分~~~少量多次~~一小口為主~~~
以阿里山為主~~~
